1. Is there a size of event that Smart Wearables are best for?
The solution works for both small and large events.
2. How does networking with the badges work?
With one-click, an attendee can connect with other attendees and create a digital contact exchange. The badge will ‘light up’ to signify the action that an exchange has been made.
This contact exchange is hosted in a timeline in each of their personalised Event App profiles. Attendees can directly download their contacts onto their phones or receive them post-event.
3. How does the badge lighting work?
Now this is cool - have you ever seen a badge that lights up?
Each badge has integrated LED technology which light ups dependant on the activity. Group your attendees into breakout sessions, and efficiently manage your crowds with RGB colour lighting.
You can also plan exciting light shows and event notifications for unforgettable moments.
4. What levels of support do you offer with your Smart Wearables solution?
The technology is fully supported by our expert team, from concept to completion. From advisory service, a Wi-Fi audit, content uploading, speaker briefing sessions and a team of Event Technology Specialists on-site deploying the technology. Following the event, we provide a detailed data report.
5. Can you print on the wearables?
Yes, we print the delegate information on a paper/card that is inserted into the plastic sleeve.
It can be double sided with pre-printed information such as an agenda or a venue map. The lanyards can also be branded.
6. How responsive is the check-in in terms of setting up last minute additions?
Very responsive. We can make changes to the app and add additional attendees very easily. If there are any last-minute attendees, then we can provide them with a smart badge.
