Rob specialises in providing unbiased, expert advice on event tech tools for Crystal Interactive’s clients. He has developed extensive expertise throughout his 14 years in the event technology industry. At Crystal, he has consolidated his knowledge of how to use technology to increase attendee engagement at both internal and client events within the financial and professional services sector.
Rob manages a team of 4 Account Managers.
What gets you in to work with a spring in your step?
I love the creativity, vibrancy and innovation of working in the tech and events industry. The camaraderie of working at live events is a real buzz and I love the team of people I work with (and of course the office banter!!)
Most memorable event?
I worked as part of a crew of 4 on a week long, BT Global event for 3,000 staff at Euro Disney. Long days – and even longer evenings!
I love spending time with my family. We have two young boys and I have learnt to love coffee, purely for the caffeine to give me energy! I also enjoy mountain biking and the odd trip to Wales.
