We are delighted to announce we have made five new appointments across the company, to support growing client demand.
Please welcome the five newest faces to the team. Lewis Thompson and Lucy Skinner join our renowned Event Technology Specialists (ETS) team. Jess Bramley assumes the role of Project Coordinator in the Apps team, Alex Pooley takes on the position of Logistics Coordinator and David Morgan boosts the sales team as Business Development Manager. All roles are based out of our UK office in Godalming, Surrey.
The new appointments come after a strong start to the year for Crystal, which has seen the team deliver over 240 events across the globe, for some of the world’s leading brands including E.ON and Deloitte. Last month, we also announced the opening of our second office based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Dom Honey, Operations Director said, “The first six months of the year have been strong for us, with the delivery of high-profile events for existing clients, along with a number of significant new ones. On behalf of the whole team, I‘m delighted to welcome Lewis, Lucy, Jess, David and Alex and thrilled to have hired such a talented and personable group, with a great mix of experience. It’s an exciting time to be joining us and I can’t wait for them to become fully involved in the world of interactive events.”
Lewis Thompson, a recent broadcasting graduate joins the ETS team, he said, “The excitement of the live events industry, the opportunity to travel and work on a variety of events drew me to the role. I’ve already worked on some of our biggest events of the year so far, where I assisted in the deployment of our interactive voting technology, allowing studio audiences to vote during live TV shows.”
Working alongside Lewis is fellow ETS Lucy Skinner. This will be Lucy’s first step into the events industry, following time spent working in New Zealand for the Ministry of Education.
Jess Bramley strengthens the Apps team, working with clients to build Event Apps and ensure they are utilised to their full potential.
David Morgan will bolster the sales team as Business Development Manager. David will work closely with clients and advise them on the most appropriate technology and level of support required at their events.
Alex Pooley joins the team from a recruitment background and is looking forward to organising and assisting the production teams in her role as Logistics Coordinator.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of our Event Technology Specialists, Joe Anwar and Tom Woodley. Joe and Tom have been chosen to champion our best-in-class technologies and become the ‘go-to’ people for advice and knowledge on our specific product areas. Joe will champion Smart Wearables and Tom will champion the Crystal Collaborate App.
