European Meeting of ISMPP 2019

We are delighted to again support the European Meeting of the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals as their event technology partner.

This is an event that the Crystal team have supported for a number of years, with the organisers utilising an array of our event technology solutions, from Voting Keypads to Event Apps. Our team have been working closely with the organisers on their objectives and desired outcomes for the 2019 meeting, and we are delighted to be providing our Smart Wearable badging solution to them for the first time. 

Each of the 350 delegates will be given their smart badge at registration, enabling them to exchange contact details with each other and access exhibitor content at the click of their badge. The technology will be gamified, meaning that delegates will receive points each time they exchange contact details and access exhibitor content. The exhibitor information and contact details they obtain will be available to access in real-time via an Event App, which will also contain an agenda, floorplan, speaker biographies and polling and Q&A functionality for use during individual sessions throughout the day. The interactive LED light within the smart badges will also be used to manage the flow of delegates during the day, helping to guide them to the correct breakout sessions when required. 

To help streamline and facilitate more effective live questions from the floor during the main plenary sessions, we will also provide our award-winning Connector keypads as microphones on each table - this eradicates the need for the organiser's event team to run around the room with roaming microphones.
