Meet our new interactive Event Tech Product Champions
We’re pleased to introduce you to our new interactive event tech Product Champions.
Five of our Event Technology Specialists; James Fawcett, Sam Poate, Mark Halley, Pabel Sulman and James Bayes have been chosen to champion our best-in-class technologies and become our ‘go-to’ people for advice and knowledge on our specific product areas.
Alongside their roles as Event Technology Specialists (ETS), which sees the team travel across the globe to provide on-site support for events of all shapes and sizes, our Product Champions will take charge of furthering the internal development and external promotion of their product.
Delivering high-profile events
Dom Honey, Operations Director at Crystal Interactive says, “Our ETS team has a renowned reputation for delivering high profile, high value events for our clients with a cool, calm and professional approach. The additional responsibility of Product Champion allows the team to channel their passion for their product and build an unrivalled technical knowledge of their specific area, which will not only benefit our clients but will assist our internal teams when planning events.
“As our portfolio of event technology continues to grow and we build partnerships with carefully selected third parties, it’s really important for us to have individuals who are completely immersed in the technology we deliver, so we can continue to provide our clients with complete peace of mind and the safest pairs of hands in the industry.”
James Fawcett will champion the Crystal Interactive Collaborate App, Sam Poate will look after our Event App, Mark Halley becomes our Audience Response Apps Champion and Pabel Sulman will champion New Technology. James Bayes becomes the Freelance Team Lead Product Champion and will be the go-to person for all freelancers, who provide specific skills to support us in event delivery as required.
Big congratulations go to all our new Product Champions!
