The brief:
Purple Patch Group have been delivering Sainsbury’s Annual Farming Conference for more than 10 years – handling event production, attendee programme and event content. Sainsbury’s brings together over 500+ stakeholders from within British Agriculture to share its strategy for the coming 12 months and plans for a sustainable future. For 2021, Purple Patch Group are tasked to deliver a virtual event for a conference which is traditionally held in-person at a large conference space.
The solution:
The event was delivered through our Virtual Event Platform – which was uniquely branded in its farming aesthetic, and glorious Sainsbury’s orange theme. The agenda was created with a unique event programme in mind and delivered in the form of a live panel session and pre-recorded presentations. The Crystal team implemented a green-screen studio space at Sainsbury’s Head Office in Holborn for the live panel to take Q&A from the attendees throughout the event. The Crystal studio is set up for portability, with the intention to plug-in to corporate office spaces so organisations can benefit from the creative visuals a green screen can offer for their virtual event.
